I went here during a shopping trip with my mother. The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, I'd bought a pair of trousers earlier in the day but had some doubts about the style (they were quite expensive). I decided to return them (the same day) anyway. They told me they didn't offer refunds, only store credit. I explained that I never normally went to 's-Hertogenbosch and that it wasn't really convenient for me, but they didn't seem to mind. This wasn't mentioned at the time of purchase either. It's a great store to shop for, but be aware of this! It's better to order online later, then you won't have this problem.
